Shipping 

​

  • Most shipping fees range from $9 -$15 on small orders and $20-$40 on larger orders with some exceptions.

  • Most orders are shipped within 7 business days.  

  • Pre-orders ship out in 3-4 weeks, but can take up to 5 weeks. 

  • We use USPS Ground Shipping, USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground shipping for most shipments.  Orders generally take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipment.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation by email including a tracking number. Click the tracking number in order to see the shipments status.   

 

Returns

​

  • Wholesale policy for returns are limited with few exceptions.  We accept returns/refunds for defective products or if the order received has more than 2 items or 5% incorrect items (whichever is higher).  Please see our Terms and conditions page which is also attached to the wholesale application.
